Terms of Service
These shared Terms apply to PGU (Pelvic Grind Up), manly FM, and the Kaizen Essence website. App-specific provisions are identified below. By using the service, you agree to them.
About the services
PGU provides general fitness guidance and tools for personal wellness records. It is intended for adults and personal use.
manly FM provides audio stories, goal-based listening courses, playback tools and saved highlights for personal learning and motivation. Stories are edited interpretations of source material and may use synthesized narration. They do not promise financial, career, relationship or health outcomes, and are not personalized professional advice.
PGU: using the App responsibly
Choose activities appropriate for you, follow the exercise instructions, and stop if you experience pain or discomfort. Keep your device and records secure. You are responsible for the information you enter.
PGU: health information
PGU is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Its content cannot replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. No particular health or fitness result is promised.
PGU: illustrations and videos
Some exercise visuals are generated with AI and may contain inaccuracies. They are general demonstrations rather than personalized assessments. Read the accompanying instructions and do not force your body to match an illustration.
Acceptable use
Do not use either app or this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others. You may not copy or distribute its content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Subscriptions — separate for each app
PGU Pro adds custom routines, monthly reports, and a weekly schedule to the free features. manly FM Pro provides access to all episodes while the subscription is active, where the plan is available. A subscription to one app does not include paid access to the other unless an offer explicitly says otherwise. Where available, Pro is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period, and any offer before you confirm. Payment is handled by your app store.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your store subscription settings. Uninstalling either app does not cancel a subscription. Paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store policies and your statutory rights. Use Restore Purchases in the App to restore eligible purchases with the same store account.
When Pro access ends, saved local records are retained, but Pro features require an active subscription. Purchase restoration does not restore deleted local records.
Saved manly FM paid episodes also require an active subscription. Access checks and subscription-status updates require an internet connection. Downloading an episode does not grant permanent ownership or permission to redistribute it. A plan described as being prepared is not available for purchase until it is offered in the App.
Your records
You retain rights to the information you enter. PGU wellness records and manly FM goals, listening progress and highlights are stored locally, and we cannot recover them after deletion or loss. The Privacy Policy explains how the App and website handle information.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a useful service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for your individual needs. The apps and website are provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
App-store license terms
Store terms also apply to downloads, purchases and refunds. For apps distributed under Apple’s standard license agreement, the Apple Standard EULA governs the app license. These service Terms supplement that license and do not replace mandatory store terms or your statutory rights.
Changes and ending use
Features may be updated or discontinued. You can stop using either app at any time. Updates to these Terms will appear here with a revised date; continued use after they take effect means you accept them, subject to applicable law.
